When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate information, including your name, contact information, order details, and pickup or delivery information.

Submitting an order does not guarantee that every item will be available. We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or modify an order when reasonably necessary, including because of item availability, pricing errors, restaurant closures, technical problems, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed through our Services are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, service charges, delivery fees, tips, and other charges will be displayed when applicable during checkout.

You agree to pay the total amount shown and authorized at checkout.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including technology and payment services provided by Toast.

4. Pickup and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup or delivery information.

Estimated preparation and delivery times are estimates only. Actual times may vary due to order volume, traffic, weather, staffing, product availability, or other circumstances.

For delivery orders, you are responsible for providing a valid delivery address and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order when necessary.

5. Cancellations, Refunds and Order Issues

Because food orders are prepared specifically for each customer, cancellation or refund eligibility may depend on whether preparation of the order has already begun.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact Side By Side Pizza & Burek as soon as possible.

Refunds, credits, replacements, or other resolutions may be provided at our discretion based on the circumstances of the order and applicable law.

6. Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Our menu may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish.

Although we may attempt to accommodate allergy or dietary requests, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Customers with serious food allergies should contact the restaurant directly before ordering.

7. Loyalty and Rewards

We may offer a loyalty or rewards program through our website, mobile application, or other Services.

Points, rewards, promotional offers, and other loyalty benefits have no cash value unless otherwise required by law and may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, redemption restrictions, or other conditions disclosed with the applicable offer.
